Kenyan YouTuber Edgar Obare has defended himself against allegations by Jalango that he is out to ruin his name and reputation.

This was after he exposed Jalango and members of his 'boys club' forbeing sexual predators.

Taking to his social media Obare wrote a cryptic response stating

'I am a nice guy underneath all this shade 😎😂✌️'

Below are some of the reactions to the expose

@BrianSikulu_: Edgar Obare is good at what he does. But there is a better way of doing it.
For instance, why reveal the identities of the ladies in the story.
He could have sold the story without their faces. Credible sources tell me some of the innocent ladies are now homeless.
@pm_njeru: After the #boysclub being brought into light by #edgaobare , It's now clear how sex life thrives in Nairobi.
I therefore propose that Jalango takes over the chairmanship of the men's conference from mzee Kibor Edgar #coronavirusInkenya.
@Im__Pachira: Why you hating on Edgar Obare? Just because Jalango explained himself doesn't mean he is in the right. What Jalango and his friends did or does is immoral.
@stayhomeED: On the flip side #edgaobare is a hero. Those boys may not understand it now.
The wrath of sexually transmitted diseases, Kids by mistake and broken marriages is very devastating.
Change your ways and make your loved ones happy.

@salma_kenya254: Jalango you have embarrassed men out here, you area always talking of building a family as a man, but it seems you have been building vaginal walls yourself.
Jalango has shown us that, he only speaks his mind when representing men but not his heart.
