Health Cabinet secretary Mutahi Kagwe was planning on jetting off from Kericho after his daily briefing but that will not be possible.

The Chopper 5Y-PKI that was to fly back the health CS and director-general Patrick Amoth from Kericho to Nairobi failed to take off after developing mechanical problems.

Over the weekend he was in Kisumu where he cracked some ribs with his funny response to why his son was partying hard as a house party.
