Police are investigating an incident in which an ambulance hit and killed a woman who was crossing a road in Kibera slums, Nairobi.
The 70-year-old woman is said to have gone to buy meat from a nearby butchery and fell on the road when the speeding ambulance ran over her.
The ambulance was overtaking a lorry before running over the victim.
