City Girl Njoki Chege is on fire. She is never afraid of speaking out the truth although many have strongly disagreed with her opinions. This time round, she has decided to go ham on Kenyan men. Recently she attacked Larry Madowo's lawyer for flaunting his wealth on social media and last weekend, in her article titled "The Kenyan man unmasked, choice is yours" she did not spare the men from the lake; who are known to be spendthrifts.

Well, Njoki Chege has once again become the subject of discussion after her last weekend's scathing article about Kenyan men that went viral. She talked about men from five different tribes in Kenya; Luos, Kikuyu, Kalenjins, Somalis and Merus. According to Njoki Chege, Kikuyu men are the most hardworking but when it comes to love, they are poor.

".... don’t expect miracles. Kikuyu men have never been known to do boyish things like get on one knee to prove he loves you. The fact that he has built you a home is proof enough of his love. For a Kikuyu man, love is a verb, not a noun."

She further went ahead to talk about Luo men whom she did not spare. She said it all. Njoki claims that Luo men are overrated; overpromises and under delivers. Wait what happened to the 'Ujaluo ni Gharama' Phrase?

"...While a Kikuyu man pretends to be broke, a Luo man pretends to be wealthy.

He will drive a MercedesBenz E class and live in a rented house as a Kikuyu man drives a cheap Toyota that he parks in his own compound.

Although most Luo are men of slender means — barely making it from paycheck to paycheck — it doesn’t mean he won’t shower you with gifts just to impress you. My advice; eat their money while stocks last. "

She added.

This did not go well with some Kenyan men who have come out to lash out at unshakable blogger claiming that her article is not true and Radio Jambo's morning Show host Ogidi Gidi has come out to respond to Njoki Chege.

"Dear Njoki Chege you say luo men pretend to have means then at the same time you say they drive Mercedes E-Class..... what do you mean nyako......and why would I spend my entire life accumulating wealth then drive a pick up...... Kulundeng! (translated to cockroach)"
