Chelsea was yesterday crowned EPL champions for the fourth time in 10 years with three matches left after their 1-0 win over Crystal Palace.

Eden Hazard scored the all-important goal from a rebound after missing a first-half penalty.  This was Jose Mourinho's 3rd premiership title in his second tenure as the Blues coach.

The Blues needed three points to claim the trophy with three games to spare.
