After news of the terrible murder of a Nairobi lawyer hit the interwebs, flamboyant lawyer who is said to have high profile clients like deputy president William Ruto and Larry Madowo went ham on APs saying they should be disbanded.

This comes after the bodies believed to belong to lawyer Willie Kimani, his client Josephat Mwendwa and their driver Joseph Muiruri was found. The three were kidnapped after leaving court over a week ago.

The police chief has ordered the arrest of three police officers suspected of being involved in his kidnapping.

Don took to social media to call for the disbandment of "APs. It has gone rogue."

This did not go down well with singing cop, Sammy Ondimu Ngare who penned a long post in response.

#DKipkoril..having worked in your home town kapsowar..i have known you as a nice guy and a very respected person in kenya..

following your comment on twitter the other day,i feel i should tell you some few things hata kama masomo yangu ni kidogo.No one is happy over the death of our fellow kenyans.Your words hurts sana i cant imagine those strong words came from you..No one is perfect in this world and if there is one i beg to be shown. You cant disband the strong Administration Police Service simply because of the said case or the mentioned officers

Kindly,Mr Kipkoril, let us separate politics matters and security matters. If you disband the entire Aps will that be the end of insecurity in the country.???Justice is all that is needed in this case.where do u want us to be taken after disbandment???do u know we have families and relatives???if you disband Aps next time if a police officer from kenya police akosee pia utasema iwe disbanded??Please let the investigations done and if anyone atapatikana na makosa afunguliwe mashtaka..No one is above the law.
