By now you all know that Kenya's football darling Victor Wanyama has a new home.

Wanyama has been signed by Theiry Henry's Montreal Impact on a free transfer.

He will be joining a squad of players in Montreal which include former Barcelona and Stoke forward Bojan and ex-Spurs defender Luis Binks, who made the same move last month.

Football pundits say that Wanyama could make his debut for Montreal against FC Dallas on Saturday.

Here are some reactions to the move from his fans on Twitter:

@AlasdairGold: Such a case of what might have been for Victor Wanyama and Spurs. He was brilliant in his first season alongside Dembele before those knee problems took their toll. Also scored some memorable goals, including that rocket against Liverpool and in the final match at the Lane.
