Women's Rep. If ever there was a blatant attempt at creating a useless post for the sake of appeasing the vicious valkyries vying for a non-existent notion called equality. If you want equity, go and fight against men in the general elections for positions that are not affirmative action sponsored.
And before you begin to swing your handbags at me, allow me to tell you to shut up and sit down and listen to what I have to say. The current Women's Rep by my not so humble estimates is a joke. Not only is she a joke, she has managed to deride an already laughable institution. Name me just one contribution the institution has made to the greater cause of the Kenyan woman. I will wait.
I am done waiting. I have in mind someone whom I feel would be a much better fit for the office and no it is not Esther Passaris. I have Vera Sidika in mind. And here is why:
#5. She Has An Awesome Figure
This fact will call attention to any woman related issue she wants discussed in the August House because let's face it, IT'S A MAN'S WORLD!
#4. She Can Form A Twerk Team With Millie Odhiambo
Didn't Millie say she is not ashamed of her body?
#3. She Will Get Everyone Interested In Politics
Anything Vera does trends. If she were to show interest in politics I can guarantee that she will get every single Kenyan interested in politics. I can just picture it now, Vera trying to get some motion or other passed and it trends on Twitter and Facebook for 3 weeks!
#2. In the interest of equality, we need a female Sonko
Yeah, I went there!
#1. Because We Need A Sexy Politician
We need a sexy politician for the love of God! We need the sexy Kenyan lasses to be fully represented.
If there were an election today, who would you vote for? Vera Sidika or Rachel Shebesh?
