A somber mood engulfed Chemasis village in Nakuru County on Saturday as Sergent Kipyegon Kenei was laid to his final resting place.

Kenei, who was attached to DP Ruto's office was found dead two weeks ago at his Imara Daima house.

He was to record a statement with the DCI over the Sh39.5 fake military arms deal involving Rashid Echesa.
