Here Are The Young Kenyan Millionaires Who Want To Unseat Mike Sonko As The Nairobi Senator (PHOTO)

As the general elections nears, many candidates have started warming up. They are campaigning for different seats from presidential aspirants to Members of County Assembly (MCA) no one wants to be left behind.

The last general election was held in 2013 and  two hundred and ninety members, forty-seven, 47 governors and senators were each elected by the registered voters of their respective counties. Many among them youths as young as 20 years have shown interest in the Nairobi Senatorial seat and here are the 5 Kenyans who want to unseat Mike Sonko as the Nairobi Senator.

1. James  Wanjohi

The most influential businessman. He is under 40 and has contested for the Kabete parliamentary seat twice. He has business empires both in Kenya and outside. A close associate to Uhuru Kenyatta and Interim chair for Jubilee Alliance Party National Youth Congress. He once sued Nairobi  county government and Kidero for harassment of hawkers in the CBD by city council askaris.

2. Paul Kobia

The flamboyant city business tycoon owns latest car models and has a detailed private security. He at a point banned Orengo, Khalwale and Johnston Muthama from entering the CBD unsuccessfully. He vowed to fight tooth and mouth any critic of President Uhuru.

3. Okiya Omtatah

Renowned city activist. He has lost several teeth while protesting and at a point he was billed out of hospital by honorable Sakaja. Okiya wants to use activism to be the Nairobi senator . He has never believed in Sonko.

4. Vincent Omondi

A 20-year-old blogger at Mpasho who has proclaimed his interest in the 2017 general elections. He is confident that come the election day, he will emerge the winner. Omondi is an upcoming musician and photographer also. Let's vote for change: Vote for the youth.
