I have always advised my friends not to live their lives on social media. Posting everything including photos of your partner can actually ruin your life. However, it seems some people, especially celebrities, cannot live without sharing every moment spent on the internet. Well, sexy Kenyan songstress has been trending on social media under the hashtag #PoleAvril. Kenyans made fun of her after her South African fiance apparently "ditched" her on Valentine's Day.

This left Avril embarrassed and humiliated, but she didn't lose hope.

The brave  took to social media to urge Kenyans to vote for her following her Kora award nomination for Best Female East Africa, after they were done trolling her.

"Mkimaliza basi si mvote #TeamKenya kwa moto na moyo huo huo #KoraAwards2016 #PoleAvril"

She proved to be mature. Many thought she would join the trend and abuse KOT, but she didn't. All the best at the Kora Awards.
