Self-proclaimed richest female musician Akothee on Monday decided to show her fans what she scored in her Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examinations (KCSE).

In a Facebook post, the "Yuko Moyoni" singer narrated how she had to drop out of school at the age tender of 14 after a man asked for her hand in marriage.
She revealed that she had four children by age 20 while adding that she worked as a house girl for her mother-in-law for about 7 years.
However, sometime in 2003 Akothee had a change of mind decided to enrol at Wasio Mixed Secondary School in Migori County.
She for her KCSE exams in 2004 and scored a Mean Grade of C+. Wait, it even gets better. Apparently, Akothee was the 3rd best in her school and the first girl.
The singer also said that her story should serve as a lesson to people that they can achieve whatever they have set their eyes on and that its never too late.
