Ex journalists marched to the former president Moi's Nairobi home as they pleaded with him to give them their salary arrears and terminal benefits which is approximated to be 85 million bob.
The over 200 staff of The Kenya Times Media Trust on Wednesday morning pleaded to see the former head of state asking him to keep his promise he made to them.
The staff were stopped by tight security from entering as they handed their petition. According to reports, Moi was not at home at that time.
The Kenya Times, one of the oldest publications in Kenya was owned by KANU which was headed by Moi.
