Former Citizen TV news anchor Terryanne Chebet has spoken publicly for the first time after losing her job.

The screen siren was a guest on The Trend on Friday night where she spoke about what she has been up to.

Chebet who has now fully shifted her focus to running her companies, Keyara Organics and Scarlet Digital, also revealed that she has been getting insane job offers.

The mother of one said she was once offered a job as a forestry officer adding that although the person was trying to help, people should just let her be.

She had some words of encouragement for people who have lost their jobs while joking that she will write a book about what not to tell people who have just been fired.
