Marriage is not a bed of roses. It is a bumpy road that only sees the patient and faithful survive the temptations that come along.

Cases of spouses cheating on each other have been rampant in the recent past and last weekend, a married woman was caught by her husband enjoying the 'services' of their houseboy in the couple's matrimonial bed. The woman came to the defence of her houseboy who has since fled their home insisting that he did nothing wrong because she lured him into the act. Adding that her husband had abandoned her and their three children and he never has time for them as he is always traveling because of the nature of his business.

The couple has been married for quite a while and has three kids together. According to a local blog:

"The wife fell in love with her house boy because he was not only humble but gave her access to her husband’s money.

The show of affection led to both of them having an intimate relationship which closed the emotional gap her husband created because of his business and frequent travelling. But the amorous relationship between the servant and his master's wife was revealed to the man and he acted on it and caught them.

The day the incident happened, the husband who had travelled returned unannounced and with the arrangement of an insider in the house, the houseboy was caught inside his employer's matrimonial bed with madam.

When the husband knocked at the door, they had no choice but open the door and the house boy fled."

The woman has so far threatened to expose or rather blackmail her husband if he doesn't recall back their houseboy.

Peck: In Nigeria, if the husband sleeps with a house girl, the wife will only nag and shout at him, then they'll settle. If the woman sleeps with a houseboy, she will be condemned and never be forgiven. I pity for women.  But nobody's holy. Fact Adultery is an abomination, but let equal judgment be given to both couples.

Dave: My wife can't cheat on me because we will be having sex 4 times every day. Lemme see which body she go use cheat. After I don pound her like fufu finish...

Okorie: God anything that will put my future wife in such scandal, temptation and disgrace, please let it not come my way cuz am sometimes, hot tempered and might do something silly.

Maureen: This case now is both side, some men do cheat with their house girl, also some women chat with their house boy or gate man, both of them are totally wrong, but men cheat, women forgive them, but if women do, it is very abominable things, those women who knows that, they cannot control themselves, emotional please stay away from marriage, been a woman, you have titled for one man, we women we should pray to God for Devine mercy in our marriage, May the Lord Almighty forgive us In Jesus Name Amen,

Ursula: Hmmmm......awkward.... I pray I don't cheat on my hubby and he doesn't do the same. Anyway...it takes the grace of God,...and being the kind of wife your husband wants... I know my hubby is gonna satisfy Me sexually from every angle and me. I will so satisfy him in every position to the extent he won't have to look outside for sex.....still sex may not prevent it from happening...it just takes the grace of God to keep couples in their homes
