The 40-year-old mother has shared a post, encouraging those who are grieving or going through difficult times to trust in God.

Through this most difficult journey in life, our only hope lies in our faith and prayer. May God bless all of your kind hearts who continue to pray for us, we can never thank you enough or repay you for your kindness. And as we continue to pray for ourselves we also pray for others in the world who are grieving like us, believing that it’s only God who will give us all the strength we need to go on,' she wrote.

Mrs Mengi was so much in love with her husband and a few weeks before he passed on, she talked about their relationship, which many termed as perfect.

Her message read,

I couldn’t have wished for a better man to share my life with, a man who has become my best friend, my rock, my mentor, and my pride. Happy Anniversary sweetheart, I love you.❤️ Thank you for showing me how it really feels to be loved and cared for.❤️❤️❤️

The couple had just celebrated their wedding anniversary in March when death struck.

The Mengi's were couple goals to many and in another post, the mother of two wrote;

Love is when you choose to be at your best when the other person is not at their best. Love is when what you want is never important. But what the other person needs and wants is always paramount. If you truly love someone, both of these definitions will ring true.
