Whether he does it deliberately and purely for some publicity, we will never know. But it's true that showbiz in today's Kenyan gospel music industry is in competition with the secular industry.

Word has it that Willy Paul Msafi is currently working on a song with secular singer Jaguar, and this has raised some eyebrows. But like we say, it's his life. His belief in salvation through Jesus Christ -who is actually rising from the dead tomorrow - is absolutely his personal affair and he has only God to judge him. Out of all the scandals he has been through in the past, he never fails to come out and hitting it hard to defend his decisions.

"Blessings follow me, not because I'm perfect but because I let God into my life, gave Him total control over my life. Always remember to do what your heart feels is right. Human beings will always find something negative to talk about.. Whether you do good or bad. Choose your friends wisely as well.. I am who I am today because I let God in and chose the right people to associate myself with. I'll never ask for anyone's sympathy because my heavenly Father has granted me so much."

Willy Paul took full advantage of the Easter celebrations to give a lesson on forgiveness, at the same time saying that he had forgiven all who had wronged him in the past and in present, and maybe in the future.
