There are some mornings when you open your eyes to a new day, but wish the night was longer. You are plain tired, and can't imagine dragging yourself to school. Sound familiar, huh?

Been there, done that. Especially when the day is full of tough assignments.

I've got some free advise for you: Get a well made, healthy, filling breakfast. Mommy can fix that for you. Remind her to add Blueband to your uji, and spread some more on your bread. That's it. You will thank me later. Your energy will soar to the skies. Do you want to know why? You will be more alert in school and at work. Your body will maintain its weight in a much better way.

You greatly increase your body's ability to fight some of those ailments that are slowly creeping up on millions of people, like cardiovascular disease and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.

Whatever you do, don't leave the house on an empty tummy.
