i will not spend too much of your time bending your ears about what has gone wrong in terms of our roads but I will say this, all roads being built need proper drainage. And that information should be enough to earn me an Engineering degree seeing as how we have been putting out graduates who cannot fathom the basic essentials of laying road networks.
