Justice delayed is justice denied or so the adage goes. And in this matter, I would want Esther Arunga to clear her name without technicalities being involved. Why? Because I can truly empathize with her having been put under the spotlight of an investigation into the death of her son.

When the story broke, not all blogs were fair to her. Some inorder to get hits refused to point out that the investigation is just procedural given the circumstances surrounding the child's death. And now for the Australian police to hit a technical bump...

This is what they posted which really is tantamount to saying that they are stumped but in more diplomatic terms:

Police are continuing investigations into the sudden death of a three-year-old boy at a townhouse complex in Kallangur on or about the night of June 17.

Police were called to the townhouse on Goodfellows Road at about 2.30am on the morning of June 18 where ambulance officers had unsuccessfully attempted to resuscitate the boy.

The boy was pronounced deceased and police established a crime scene.

Ongoing investigations have continued since that time and police are now wanting to speak to any persons residing or visiting the townhouse complex at 58-64 Goodfellows Road, Kallangur on June 17.

Police are appealing for anyone with any information that may assist investigations to contact Crimestoppers on 1800333000.

    Investigations are continuing.

I am honestly praying for a speedy resolution to this case.

R.I.P little man. May the Lord keep you in the warmth and joy of his bosom.
