Gilgil MP Martha Wangari who is the wife to Nakuru businessman and suspect in Tob Cohen's murder, Peter Karanja has said she is not ready to house him.

Through her lawyer George Kimani Martha disputed the said report saying the house that Karanja claims is his fixed abode is actually hers.

This was after the pre-bail report of Peter Karanja was today presented in court to be used to determine whether he will be released or not.

Karanja's lawyer has told Judge Daniel Ogembo that the said house is rightfully his and there is an order by a Nakuru court on the same.

They claim that Wangari was seeking eviction orders against him but the court ruled in his favour.

The court will deliver Karanja's bail ruling on Tuesday next week.
