Eric Omari Oyugi alias Khalif Babake Aleko was killed in late June this year by Gaza gang members who were believed to be Mwanii (the leader) and his fellow notorious criminals.

Some speculated that Eric was mistaken for an informer while others claimed that he had a thing with the late Clea Adi Vybz. But all this was just pure speculation.

Eric, an ardent Arsenal and Gor Mahia fan, was a family man. He was married to a young beautiful woman by the name Linet Mamake Aleko and they were blessed with a baby boy (Aleko).

Linet and Eric were in love and weren’t afraid of displaying their affection for each other in public.

After Omari's death, his wife went silent but she has finally resurfaced.

"Mama loves u nakupenda vishenzi mengi sumu," Linet posted on Facebook accompanied by this photo of her son.

She later shared another post about being strong and believing in oneself.

"Don't depend too much on anyone in this world because even your shadow leaves you when you're in darkness.  Always be yourself and keep it real all the time #feeling loved."
