NTV's Larry Madowo and Smriti Vidyarthi have shown Kenyans what journalists really go through during their long hours of work.
The two were spotted lying down on the NTV studio carpets as Madowo sipped to his cup of tea, evidence enough that they'd been working long hours.

It will be remembered that Smriti and Mark Masai once slept on the carpet in 2010 as they covered the referendum.
Smriti wrote:
"7 years ago when mark masai and I knocked out on a carpet during a break, while covering the 2010 Referendum. This year, we're working round the clock covering the 2017 General Election. We'll keep going till we need to."
