Asked about how she used to manage her long-distance relationship with Otile Brown, she said,

I have no trust issues whatsoever. I ove and trustfully. I know it's very naive, very silly and can get you hurt at times but I wouldn't change it for the world. It's better to be naive than bitter. You will be much happier trust me.

In a recent media interview, the Chaguo la Moyo hitmaker revealed that Nabayet was the only woman he ever loved even though they weren't together.
