The security at the burial of slain Dutch billionaire Tob Cohen was set at very high.

It is reported that his pallbearers were packing serious gunfire. Cohen was burried on Wednesday at the Jewish Cemetry in Nairobi.

In attendance were close friends and family.

However, there was an altercation between Cohen's widow, Sarah, her lawyer Philip Murgor and the late's close friend, Patrick Muiruri.

In a letter, Murgor recounts, "I was confronted by Patrick Muiruri, a Kiambu politician who menacingly shouted at me not to pick on his daughter, but on him if I wanted a confrontation, (earlier, on instructions from, client, I had polite, requested the daughter of Muiruri to leave the Cemetery, as the funeral was agreed to be a private ceremony for family only)."

Thereafter he insulted me in the following words “fuck you" and shouted "I will deal with you outside, as he advanced towards me, he was restrained by Mr. Chege Kirundi, and Mr. Cliff Ombeta -Advocates who luckily were on hand. The incident was witnessed by George Ouma-Advocate."

The letter added, "Given the unexplained leading role, interest and positions taken publicly by Mr Muiruri in the case facing my client Mrs Sarah Cohen, I take this outburst as a threat in an attempt to intimidate me as an advocate for M. Cohen, I have therefore taken the decision to record, complaint with yourself, and ask that you immediately commence investigation regarding the intentions of and the threats by the said Mr Patrick Muiruri.
