Mum, as she is commonly referred to by her gullible followers, posted photos posing with kids making her fans including Papa Shirandula's "daughter" Naliaka to shower her with praise. This left many tongues wagging as it came as a shock to Kenyans. Kathy Kiuna has previously been accused of having a dislike for 'poor people' - an allegation she has since denied. In what seems to be an attempt to change people's perception, she is now following in Jesus Christ's footsteps ("...Let all the children come to me..") by mingling with the young children.
