Zedd is pretty much a musical phenomenon in the EDM world; he's skyrocketed to fame in the last few years – with successive hits one after another. This year, he won a Best Dance Recording Grammy for his collaboration . The 25-year-old's life changed when he met Skrillex on Myspace. He co-wrote the hit song with Skylar Grey, Matthew Koma and Porter Robinson.
“I just wrote a totally random Myspace message to Skrillex and told him to check out my song . . . he checked out the song, he loved it, and then he brought me on tour, and I made a bunch of remixes for him, and we’ve worked together and been best friends ever since.”
Zedd never loved EDM; it was pretty much non of his business until he was around 17-18. Like any other breakthrough, he kept working on solo projects until he met his mentor and best friend.
This year he worked with which has been on airwaves in Kenya and around the world.
