Billionaire and Formula One personality Flavio Briatore is the owner of the new art, which was specifically made for him.

He actually took part in the designing process. That's how lavish Italians are. They love to spend. This explains why Italy is home to leading designer brands, think of Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Fendi, Valentino and Versace.

The watch was named Billionare not because of it's affiliation to its owner, who's clothline Billionare sells jeans at $1,000 and swim suits at $500. He's too lavish, isn't he?
