Celebrated East Africa's power couple Diamond Platnumz and Zari Hassan is without a doubt the best and most romantic couple around.

The pair who if not working on their individual careers, are busy on baecation sharing photos to the annoyance of many. Zari and Diamond's marriage has not been that smooth but they have managed to sail through and yesterday, they walked down the aisle in a private, invites-only wedding ceremony that was organized at Diamond's palatial home in Madale, Tanzania.

Unlike other ceremonies where the power couple invites thousands of guests, the wedding saw only close relatives and friends of the Tanzanian crooner Diamond Platnumz in attendance. No media personalities were invited and the family's professional photographer is the only one who was given the permission to take photos.  Those who attended the ceremony were not allowed to take pictures or videos.

The wedding was one of a kind and according to sources, the Utanipenda hit singer splashed millions on their big day.

Diamond Platnumz has been accused of siring a child with Tanzanian socialite cum model Hamisa Mobetto who was named after him but he denied the claims and it seems his heart belongs to Zari, the mother of his two biological children.

And recently, he revealed that he was willing to do anything to make her happy.

Well, some of those who attended the million dollar wedding such as Diamond's manager Babu Tale managed to give us a sneak peek of the much-anticipated wedding and he shared a series of videos on Snapchat.

Just a few days ago, Diamond bought his wife an expensive Ruby ring which she flaunted on social media leaving many dying of jealousy.

In a past interview with a local media house, Zari revealed that Diamond would be going to see her father this year to finalize things adding that her wedding would be the biggest one ever experienced in East Africa. The Eneka singer, on the other hand, revealed that their wedding was going to be the greatest one the region has ever witnessed.

"We don’t want a small wedding. Our wedding should be one of the biggest weddings east Africa has ever seen. Meaning the budget has to be big."

After their wedding, Zari took to Snapchat to tell how she had a busy day and here is what she posted.

"Had a long one today (3 am jana to 3 am today)...but before I sleep, emails gotta be done before a new day begins."
