The General Elections are just around the corner. On August 8th this year, Kenyans will head to the polls in what analysts say is expected to be a hotly contested election in recent history across Africa.

Aspirants are all but setting themselves up as they prepare to be nominated, during the upcoming party primaries, as the preferred candidate in the August polls.

Political meetings are slowly becoming synonymous, as the D-day slowly creeps in.

Political temperatures are also heating up with every passing day.

The upcoming elections are by large going to be a 'two-horse' race, as rivals in the Jubilee Party (JP) and the now gaining momentum National Super Alliance (NASA) go head-to-head in their quest to capture the various seats on offer.

As for Jubilee, several women candidates have thrown themselves in the contest, as they clamour to convince the electorate that they are the best suited candidates to take reign in the much coveted public offices.

Here are the five sexiest ladies running for the political positions on the JP ticket;

1. Njeri Thorne

This awesomely beautiful lady will be vying for the Lang’ata Parliamentary seat.

2. Millicent Omanga

The loaded city businesswoman will be battling for the Nairobi County Women Representative with incumbent Rachel Shebesh amongst others.

3. Rehema Jaldesa

Come August 4th, the gorgeous Rehema will be vying for the Women Representative seat for Isiolo County.

4. Anne Waiguru

Her name is bigger than herself. Once described as "honey coated with sugar", lady Anne Waiguru is without a doubt one of the most beautiful women to head to the ballots on a Jubilee Party ticket.

She will battling for the Kirinyaga Gubernatorial seat where she will face the incumbent Joseph Ndathi and Narc Kenya's iron lady Martha Karua.

5. Rachel Shebesh

Popularly known as "Manzi wa Nairobi", Shebesh is the incumbent Nairobi County Women Rep. A fierce defender of President Uhuru Kenyatta and the Jubilee administration, the gorgeous lady will be battling it out once again to retain the seat she won in 2013.

During the hotly-contested polls, she defeated ODM's Bishop Margaret Wanjiru, who has since shifted her allegiance to the Jubilee Party.

In the forthcoming 2017 General Elections, however, Wanjiru will be vying for the Nairobi Governor's seat, whose candidature in Jubilee has among other big ballers Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko and MPs Johnson Sakaja and Dennis Waweru.
