Residents of Kibarani area in Mombasa County were treated to drama after a man climbed a power line attempting to kill himself.

According to reports the man was driven to such extreme lengths after catching his wife in bed in another man.

His decision to kill himself by climbing the power line shocked area residents, some of them questioned his state of mind.

Fortunately, workers from Kenya Power (KP) arrived in time and rescued him.
