Kenyans on social media are savage. They don’t have chills.
They are currently trolling nominated senator Millicent Omanga after she posted a message replying to her critics who call her fat.
“Some call it Fat, Hippo, Elephant, Disability … I Love it and I am sure many like it! Am not losing an inch. Haters and pretenders ndio mko Na shida leteni Matusi sasa,” read Omanga’s post accompanied by the pic below.
This did not go well with Kenyans on social media, who told such posts should be reserved for slay queens and socialites and not politicians.
Check out some of the reactions
Magda Kay: When did you turn into a slay Queen Senator Millicent Omanga, Mama Miradi. This post tuachie wannabes you now deal with only Nation building matters, like why we need the SGR to go all the way to Rwanda and make it happen. Look up to Amina Mohammed she’s a good role model.
Roxanne: Am not losing an inch’ i like that but address us important issues, didn’t expect this from a respected personnel like you.
Ochieng: You are just a socialite who lost elections and was nominated just for fun
Isaiah: Wait, why would a self-respecting public servant, mother, sister and role model parade herself and ask strangers online to troll her? Are we making a mistake believing you can represent us?”
Albert: Can you behave like a Hon Senator? Most of your comments just portray you are either Omoriri or young at the head. We expect important things like comments uniting our country, not bedroom matters and self-esteem issues. You are letting us down I wonder if this what you meant “Miradi”. You are having so much time of your social walls and you end up being irrelevant. Thank GOD you aren’t Nairobi women rep”
Larry MG: This is uncalled for especially from a leader. You can’t pick cheap fights especially with Facebook haters.” With Ombuya Oroko II adding “Your name is Hon. Omanga, a family lady with children in case you forgot. You are not a socialite. So stop stooping that low. You don’t belong there unless you are in a wrong place.
Apiyo: You are just affirming your self-esteem issues 😂😂😂. You also need to hear uko sawa ndio you feel poa. Mummy, if you love yourself as you are, you really don’t need to seek validation
Ombuya: Your name is Hon. Omanga, a family lady with children in case you forgot. You are not a socialite. So stop stooping that low. You don’t belong there unless you are in a wrong place.
Brian: Haha lemme assume your account has been hacked. Wamama wa rika yako wako busy kufanya vitu muhimu si ku-upload pics za manyama yao Facebook vile unafanya..
Benjamin: Madam Senator. Kindly take a break from social media since the campaign period is over. Come back afterwards now to discuss serious issues affecting Kenyans.
