Former KTN investigative reporter now Nyali MP Mohammed Ali has been kicked below the belt by a social media big wig known as Blakaende.
The lawmaker is currently in Singapore for a leadership and governance training and just like any other peculiar Kenyan, he has been sharing pics on social media just to show us where he is.
He shared a selfie and captioned:
“Bangkok, Thailand on my way to Singapore”
This did not go well with a section of Kenyans and Blakaende told him off.
“Bro hata sisi tumeshinda Thigh Land all night na hatusumbui watu Instagram na mapicha. Hustle pole pole please.”
Mohammed Ali has been a big critic of Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho and he recently bashed him.
In a lengthy Facebook post, the veteran journalist stated that Mombasa was a mess because Joho was employing his close relatives and has poor leadership skills.
‘Sad truth is our bearded neighbor took over the office to feed his publicity-hungry ego. He knows as much about running a city as I do about operating an alien spaceship,” Ali stated.
“Sultan spends all his 5 years bashing UK, importing Rihannas and Chris Browns Taking his ODM caliphate gospel. to Nairobi and forgetting the people of Mombasa.”
Other politicians who’ve been involved in political fights include Former Kisumu Governor Ranguma’s daughter and current Governor Anyang Nyong’o’s daughter Lupita.
Their beef started after Oscar award winner Lupita Nyong’o took to Facebook to urge the people of Kisumu to vote for his dad as the governor of the great lakeside city in last year’s election, claiming that he was the only candidate suited for the position in a video that went viral.
“I HAVE WITNESSED THE DEVELOPMENT in KISUMU IN TERMS OF ELECTRICITY SPREADING, SCHOOLS BEING BUILT, ROADS BEING CONSTRUCTED AND MEDICAL FACILITIES COMING UP. YOU (PROF NYONG’O) HAVE A LOT TO DO WITH THAT… I SUPPORT YOUR BID TO BE GOVERNOR OF KISUMU COUNTY… WE ALL KNOW THAT THERE IS A LOT TO BE DONE BUT I KNOW THAT KISUMU COUNTY WILL BE A BETTER PLACE AND LEAP INTO THE FUTURE WITH YOU STEERING,” SAID LUPITA.
But this did not go well with Tanya, Kisumu governor Ranguma’s last born daughter. She wasn’t pleased by Lupita’s assertions.
Tanya Ranguma came out to lash out at the current Kisumu senator’s daughter asking her to table her evidence that Prof. Anyang Nyong’o indeed did a lot for the people from Nyanza region (Seme and Kisumu Rural constituencies) whom he represented for 20 years in parliament.
