Bobi Wine and the month of August 2018 will be a period that will either make or break the former musician. The Kyaddondo East MP was denied access to the Entebbe Airport grounds by Aviation Police who ordered him to wait for further instructions near the airport gate.

Some sections of the Ugandan press are saying that the MP was taken to Kiruddu Hospital. The video of his capture is below:

Meanwhile a woman speaking to Uganda's Daily Monitor and requesting to remain anonymous says she witnessed Bobi Wine's driver being shot.

She explained:

I was in the back seat while Kawuma was in the co-driver’s seat. The driver got out to take phones and other things to Bobi [Wine] or another person. I was showing Yasin [Kawuma] something on the phone when all of a sudden, I was hit on the face. I looked and there was blood on Yasin’s body.

The woman tried to flee the scene but was over-powered by plain-clothes police officers who beat her up thoroughly. She is now recuperating at a Kampala hospital.
