Wanyama was accompanied by his siblings MacDonald Mariga, Harry Guda and Heskey Wanyama.

The football star is organising the second leg of the Wanyama Roya Charity Cup in a few weeks time.

Ruto in a statement said he is willing to "support efforts that promote scouting for sporting talent; honing skills and developing youth to exploit their potential, including joining the ranks of professional sportsmen and women."\

Adding, "Strengthening the sports industry through adequate resource mobilisation and infrastructure development is key to ensuring youths excel in sport and earn a decent living."

However, the one thing that caught the hawkeyed attention of our paparazzi is the fact that Heskey Wanyama was looking sharp in some serious sneakers.

Heskey was looking sharp in the Alexander McQueen Show sneakers have since become a cult classic.

Guaranteed to turn heads, the sleek yet chunky leather profile sits upon a thick sole, with a distinctive contrast logo tab to the heel that showcases the late designer's name in an elegant, baroque font.

Check them out. They go for approximately Ksh 46,500.

Hesky stepped out looking sharp in the designer sneaks. However, fashion pundits claim that it is actually fashionable to leave the tag on.
