A Swedish glamour model determined to achieve the world's biggest bottom has defended her plans for a fourth 'Brazilian butt lift' procedure.

Natasha Crown, 24, from Gothenburg, previously deliberately gained four stone in order to widen her behind with the risky fat transfer procedure.

She appeared on This Morning on Wednesday to discuss her plans to have a fourth procedure, ahead of which she intends to pile in excess of a further three stone so that more fat can be transferred to her bottom - in an effort to realise her dream of achieving a record-breaking 90-inch circumference.

The sight of Natasha twerking her enormous derriere ahead of her segment on This Morning on Thursday caused host Holly Willoughby to to stumble over her lines as she erupted in giggles.
