Ian Mbugua has managed to gain both ardent fans and haters for the longest time ever since he joined the showbiz industry. He is never afraid of speaking his mind, or perhaps he doesn't care. The fashion critic has once again left tongues wagging after he stepped out dressed  like a young "yoyo".
