The Perth-based Instagram model is a social media sensation with thousands visiting her site each day to fawn over her desirable derrière.

The 28-year-old recently spoke about her exercise routine, specifically to address the amount of time she spent doing squats.

She said contrary to current thinking that the best way to a better-looking and more toned butt is to bend, she doesn't do squats at all.

Although Ms Frodsham admitted there were benefits to the glute-enhancing exercise, she wasn't a fan.

'Squats are an amazing compound movement and should definitely not be discounted,' she wrote on an Instagram post. But I hate squats so I never squat. Luckily for me, squats aren't the only exercise that grow the booty!'

Instead Ms Frodsham said she uses a range of different of body building strength training techniques to maximise her gains

'Incorporate hip thrusters, glute bridges, cable kickbacks, banded abductions and lateral band walks into your workout routine and watch that peach grow!'

She concluded the post with a reminder to her followers to think strategically about their training.

'Remember, results are seen with consistency, dedication and SMART work. Work smarter not harder peeps!',' she said.
