With rumours that bongo star Rayvanny is quitting WCB, he has penned down a letter to his boss Diamond Platnumz.
In his message, the Nikumbushe hitmaker points out that Diamond, just like any other human being has made mistakes in the past. He says Baba Tiffah was once told he couldn’t sing but is now one of the leading stars in East Africa.
This was disclosed when he wrote on his Instagram page. Below is Rayvanny’s two cents on Diamond:
“Kuna Vitu Pengine Unaweza Ukawa Unapatia Au Vingine Unakosea Sitaki Kuongelea Hilo Sababu we nawe Ni Binadamu. ILA KWENYE KUSEMA UKWELI NITASEMA!!!! Si kwa Sababu wewe Ni boss Wangu Hapana!!! Ila Mara Nyingi Thamani Ya mtu Na Umuhimu Wa Mtu wengi Wanaujua Akishaondoka…. MZIKI NI KAZI NA NI AJIRA Namaanisha Kuna Familia Nyingi Zinaishi kupitia Huu huu mziki. DIAMOND KATIKA WASANII WOOOTE Umekua chachu Ya Kuongeza Thamani Ya Muziki Nakupitia wewe naamini Wengi Wanafanikiwa…. KUJITOA KWAKO, KUAMINI KATIKA UMOJA NA PIA KUTHUBUTU Ndiko kunafanya Unafanikiwa…. USHAAMBIWA HUJUI KUIMBA ila ukaimba ukafanikiwa… USHAAMBIWA UNAVIMBA UNAIGIZA MAISHA Lakini sasa Unayaishi hayo Maisha… Hakuna Anaefanikiwa Akakosa maadui ndivyo Dunia Ilivyo .. MIMI ULINISAIDIA ULIJUA SHIDA ZANGU Naamini Mungu Alikutumia wewe Ukawe Mkombozi Wangu ……. KWAIO KUMBUKA ( ILI MBEGU IOTE LAZIMA IOZE ) SINA MUDA KUMSEMA MTU ILA NAKUPA MOYO FANYA KAZI SIMBA……. kama Wewe Unaamini Katika Upendo Na sio Chuki, Vita Na Matusi JUS COMMENT ( LOVE )”
In 2016, Rayvanny made his debut with the song Kwetu which opened international doors for him. Since then, he has released a couple of collabos with A-listers in the industry as well as winning a BET award.
Even though his leaving the WCB stable is yet to be confirmed, it is evident that he missed Diamond’s album Launch so he could perform in the US.
