The now thick Risper was escorted by her boyfriend Brian to Dubai where he chopped lots of cash for a Bariatric Surgery, that helps one loose weight instantly.

Reports reaching Mpasho have it that the "actress" did this ahead of her wedding that is set to take place in the course of the year.
