This piece of news will blow your mind. Apparently, Bongo star Diamond is not the money guy behind the popular Tanzanian label, Wasafi Records (WCB).

The star's manager let this piece of information slip out.

A while back, Diamond had beef with Clouds FM management after his dancer almost ran over a TV crew that works for the media house.

Diamond's manager, Sallam, in an angry rant called out the media house bosses in an Instagram post.

He posted:

“BREAKING NEWS: Saa moja kamili Usiku wa leo nakuja na makala maalumu naomba muweke bando, na simu full charge, notification ON. #YaliyofichwaYatafukuliwaLeo #TumekataaKuwaKaa”

[tHANKS TO JOE Kusaga for defending you. Ruge Mutahaba if you CONTINUE TO DO WHAT YOU DO then I will expose you and your evil ways. wCB DOES NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH ANY MEDIA AND IT IS does NOT have A PROBLEM WITH CLOUDS MEDIA GROUP But we have issues with Ruge.”

It is whispered in the Tanzanian music industry field that Joe Kusaga and Ruge Mutahaba, together co-own Wasafi Records.

And going by the drama, the WCB label heads were even thinking of dethroning Diamond. But it seems that things worked out and he is still on the WCB throne.
