Eric Omondi has left many in stitches after he begged his ex-lover Chantal Grazioli to check her email.

Chantal, who's planning on opening a new restaurant, shared a post advertising for a chef's position.

'Hello guys so am opening a new restaurant and need a chef...I need someone with experience with Italian baking and pastries if you are one or you know someone please send your cv to mondopane53@gmail.com or send a DM,' she wrote.

Her ex-boyfriend Eric was quick to comment on her post and he wrote,

'Please check mail😊😊😊'

Eric and Chantal parted ways in May 2019 but have been friends. In a message she shared after the 'break up', Chantal wrote,

'ERIC AND I HAVE HAD LONG DISCUSSIONS FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH. AS YOU ALL KNOW MY FAMILY LIVES IN ITALY AND ITS BEEN REALLY CHALLENGING FOR BOTH OF US. I LOVE ERIC AND I WILL ALWAYS LOVE HIM AND WE ARE OKAY; WE CREATED THE BEST OF MOMENTS TOGETHER, WE SHARED OUR DREAMS AND VISIONS BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY WE SHARED OUR LIVES. AND I WILL ALWAYS CHERISH EVERY SINGLE MOMENT.'
