Governors will be the end of us. The kind of things they do leave us laughing like hyenas instead of being ashamed. They will do anything for mileage.The next general election is near and no one wants to be left behind.

For example, Kirinyaga Governor Joseph Ndathi spending 2 Million shillings to create a Facebook Page, to constructing a  muddy footbridge for the residents of his county and Nyamira County boss John Nyagarama apparently constructed a gate to the Nyamira County Hospital worth 7 Million.

These are just some of the crazy things our governors have ever done that left them trending for days on social media. But could such be a campaign strategy? Do you think they will be voted in come next general election?

Well, if you thought that was enough, wait until you see what Siaya Governor Cornel Rasanga has done this time round. Siaya County government recently spent Sh1.7 million to print out this year’s class eight mock examination papers that contain a portrait of the County boss. The mock examination papers, has the portrait of Governor Rasanga on the top right side.

Hehehe! Is this man serious?

Apparently, this is to ensure that pupils know their governor and have a close relationship with him. This has raised a heated argument online with both residents and nonresidents of Siaya County condemning Rasanga's behavior claiming that he is using county resources to  campaign for next year’s elections.
