A form one drop out that forged certificates which got him big jobs in the government and in private companies has has been busted.

To make matters worse, no one knows his real name. The 50 year old is identified with the names Moses Otieno Obiero, Nobert Muhoro Ikundo, Hope Lubega and Robert Mwanyalo.

For 26 good years, this man climbed to the top of the government career ladder using forged degree certificates. Before he was arrested, he was a vice director of information and communications technology.

The man once worked for The Standard Media Group’s head of ICT which he later resigned.

What is shocking enough is the fact that he also  worked for the UN as an ICT assistant.

Other companies he has worked for include Nzoia Sugar, Siemens Telcom and United Federation of the Red Crescent.

He was admitted to form One in Yala but dropped out the same year. On his arrest, the man was caught with three birth certificates.
