Meghan Markle and her husband Prince Harry have for the first time shared how celebrated actor cum film maker Tyler Perry hosted them.

According to the couple, Perry hosted them for months and even gave them his security personnel.

This he did after the couple denounced their life as Royals something that left many with more questions than answers.

Speaking during an interview with Oprah Winfrey, the couple said their security was withdrawn without much notice and that is when Perry came through for them.

He offered not just one of his homes in Southern California where they stayed for three months but a full security detail.

'While we were in Canada, in someone else’s house, I then got told, short notice, that security was going to be removed,”

He recalled, adding that, because of tabloids, his and his wife’s exact location was known. “So suddenly it dawned on me: ‘

'Hang on, the borders could be closed, we’re going to have our security removed, who knows how long lockdown is going to be, the world knows where we are, it’s not safe, it’s not secure, we probably need to get out of here.”

We didn’t have a plan and we needed a house and he offered security as well so it gave us breathing room to try to figure out what we were going to do,”

This is not the first time Perry has come to someone's aid as he in the past came through for billionaire Oprah Winfrey.
