It was pain and agony in Mombasa as the late KTN news anchor Ahmed Darwesh was laid to rest. Many eulogized Darwesh as a hard working, humble and kind gentleman. He leaves behind a widow and 2 daughters; one aged 1-month-old.

Darwesh passed away on Monday and was buried today according to Islamic law. His death came as a great shock to the entire nation. Till we meet again Ahmed.
