Tutaonana baadaye! Kanze Dena bids goodbye to father in this special message as he's laid to rest at Lang'ata cemetery

Kanze Dena's father Harry Kitao Stephens was finally laid to rest yesterday at the Lang'ata cemetery.

Mr. Kitao passed on a week ago at Nairobi West hospital where he has been admitted for a while. He was in the ICU when he breathed his last.

Many eulogized the late as a great man and president Uhuru Kenyatta was among them.

"IT IS WITH GRIEF AND A DEEP SENSE OF LOSS THAT I LEARNT OF THE DEATH OF MR. HARRY KITAO STEPHENS AND I CONVEY MY DEEP SYMPATHIES AND HEARTFELT CONDOLENCES TO HIS FAMILY, RELATIVES, AND FRIENDS. THE LATE MR. STEPHENS WAS FATHER TO KANZE DENA, ANCHOR OF ‘NIPASHE’ ON CITIZEN TV," read President Uhuru's message.

Kanze Dena who lost her mother to colon cancer in 2007, shortly after joining Citizen TV, has promised to continue taking care of her siblings in a terjerking message he shared with her followers.
