Saumu Mbuvi has been busy empowering young girls, giving talks on mental health and working on personal projects.

The firstborn daughter of controversial politician Mike Sonko, is yet to respond to allegations that her husband Lamu Senator Anwar Loitiptip is cheating on her.

The mother of two adorable girls has been sharing cryptic messages about men and relationships and it's not clear who they are directed to.

In her latest post, she wrote,

'While some girls are searching for rich husbands I'm focusing on being a rich wife.'

She shared a funny video captioned,

'When someone says to me I truly love you and I won't hurt you...'

Her caption raised eyebrows with many speculating it was directed to her lover.

Anwar and Saumu met in Mombasa in 2019 after she parted ways with her first baby daddy. In a previous interview, she revealed said,

'HE [Anwar] WAS MY BEST FRIEND BEFORE WE STARTED DATING. HE USED TO ENCOURAGE AND ADVISE ME TO START DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS. WE MET IN MOMBASA WHEN I WAS ON HOLIDAY WHILE HE WAS ATTENDING AN OFFICIAL EVENT. AND THAT’S HOW WE BECAME FRIENDS. HE BECAME MY CONFIDANT AND EVERY TIME I HAD AN ISSUE, I WOULD TELL HIM.'
