Daily Show host and comedian Trevor Noah is the fourth highest-paid stand-up comedian in the world, according to Forbes.
The 35-year-old reportedly earned the bulk of his $28 million (Ksh 2.8b) income through stand-up.
"Despite the demands of hosting a late-night show, Noah made more than 70 stops across the world and had his second Netflix special last fall', the magazine said.
Kevin Hart has moved a rank higher as he was named the second-highest-paid comedian in the world in 2018, trailing just half a million dollars behind Jerry Seinfeld.
The comedian, received the honour on Forbes’ World’s Highest-Paid Comedians of 2018 list, with total earnings of $57million.
Hart trailed just $500,000 behind Jerry Seinfeld.
Hart had dominated the list since it first began in 2006. He only lost once to Hart in 2016.
Jerry is now positioned at number two.
