Kiss FM radio host Jalango has advised women to always leave a toxic relationship and stop ignoring the red flags that always show up.

According to Jalango, leaving might not be easy but the freedom that comes with it is worth it.

Speaking to his co-host, Kamene Goro during the Morning Kiss, Jalango noted,

'A woman who stays in a toxic relationship is one whose self-esteem has gone to the dogs.

If you realize the man is trash and is not treating you right, leave.

It might not be easy but don't let love keep you in a toxic relationship.'

Jalango's co-host Kamene Goro however defended women who stay in toxic relationships saying they stay out of love.

Recently Jalango advised parents whose kids go back home over marital issues to accept them back and not to let their ego rule them.

‘PARENTS WHEN YOUR DAUGHTER COMES HOME OVER MARITAL ISSUES SUCH AS INFIDELITY ACCEPT HER AND STOP TELLING HER UNATUAIBISHA.’

Kenyan parents are very notorious for asking their kids to go back to their partners even when they are being emotionally, physically or sexually abused.

Most will say 'watu watasema aje' only to end up with regrets after their daughter's (in most cases) end up dead.

The church is also not very supportive always asking one to pray for your marriage.

Prayer is not bad but in some instances, toka ukaombee kwenyu. If God wants you back in that marriage he will save it.

Have you ever been in a toxic relationship and if yes how did it end?
